Max Residence - Pattaya

We enjoyed our air-conditioned rooms, and the staff was very accommodating. the location was perfect, just a short distance from Lewes Priory Park. the restaurant offered delicious Indian dishes, making our stay even better.

Greatly enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean family-friendly hotel. The room I booked was cleaned everyday including new towels and available with balcony. All the employees were affable and excellent

Definitely, there was water boiler missing.

I enjoyed a comfortable air-conditioned room with a balcony, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay.

The location nice close to everything. And so close to night life, and convenient store. Good sized and air conditioned room with private bathroom and a safe, a mini-bar, and an electronic key card.

This hotel is in a fantastic spot, just a quick stroll from Southover Grange Gardens.

I chose this hotel for a board meeting and it provided a pleasant stay, whether for business or pleasure. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff was helpful.

The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room for my business discussions.

Great location at the heart of the action, near a cool handicraft shop 🛍️. Everything was on point, so this spot will definitely be my go-to choice next time around.

Overall, had a really great time here. Couldn't find anything to fuss about, definitely recommend! the rooms were pretty clean, just right for a getaway. And those spacious rooms with a balcony? Totally won me over! 🌞

The location was mind-blowing, just a short walk or taxi ride to Walking Street and with bars right at our doorstep. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The price was jaw-dropping, especially considering the fantastic location and standard of the hotel. The room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided. The bathroom was very satisfactory. The restaurant on the ground floor served delicious Italian and Thai food at reasonable prices. The property was amidst the lively bar scene and conveniently close to the beach. The hotel offered amenities such as free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area, laundry facilities. Beach access and sun loungers were available for guests. The hotel had a strict no pets and no smoking policy. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I had an amazing stay at Max Residence and highly recommend it for a vacation in Pattaya.

The room was spacious, had air conditioning, fresh bed sheets every day, a balcony, and we slept well; the location was ideal for a vacation here.

Great location near the beach, friendly and helpful staff, value for money, convenient access to other attractions, daily room service, good selection of news channels.

Can't fault anything about it.

The staff here are polite and accommodating with friendly smiles, and the location is fantastic, within walking distance to everything.

We had an amazing stay at Max Residence in Pattaya! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at the Indian restaurant in the lobby. Prasad and Khausav always had a smile on their faces, and Rashmee, the beautiful Thai girl, was always there to assist. the reception lady, though serious, was a fantastic and helpful hand. the location was excellent, with great value for money. We highly recommend trying the delicious Indian food at the hotel.
